Gold Express Mines, Inc.

Gold Express Mines is a multi-asset mineral resource company focused primarily on the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and development of precious metal properties.

BACKGROUND ON MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY

The Company was founded in 2019 by Howard Crosby and John Ryan. Mr. Crosby and Mr. Ryan have been business partners for twenty-five years, with a focus on natural resource industries. The two are serial entrepreneurs who have founded, developed and grown multiple successful companies from start-up phase to public listings, strategic buyouts, or asset sales.

The founders share a keen sense of timing and both now believe that a long-awaited breakout in gold and silver is at hand, one that will propel these noble metals to prices that a few years ago would have seemed to be extreme, and maybe fanciful, speculation.

Shrewd and selective investment in gold and silver mining could prove to be a timely move, due to the rampant depreciation of paper currencies worldwide, which was happening prior to the arrival of the Covid-19 viral syndrome, and has been vastly accelerated by the recent terrible pandemic. The Federal Reserve and other central banks worldwide have no other “dry powder” left other than rampant printing of unbacked paper money. In the United States, with a newly awakened populism, and calls for ever larger amounts of federal spending being heard from all corners, the crush of federal debt to be borne by future generations is simply not sustainable.

Nor is the United States exceptional among developed nations in these respects. Lately wholesale money printing is seemingly justified under the doctrine of “Modern Monetary Theory” and evangelized by a whole new set of believers. We believe this rampant and never-ending money printing, despite what new names are attached to the practice, will surely prove inflationary in the intermediate and long term. Debasement of currencies, no matter how clever the disguise and no matter what financial levers are pulled and employed, has always proved inflationary in the past; consider, for example, the Great Inflation in Germany during the 1920s which many people forget, was not confined to Germany, but which also struck countries such as Poland, Turkey, Italy, Austria, Russia, France and others as well.

It is against this backdrop that the Company is moving forward to develop precious metals properties. Detailed below is a description of some of the past works and successes of Mr. Crosby and Mr. Ryan.
