Background on Company Management
The Company was founded in 2019 by Howard Crosby and John Ryan. Mr. Crosby and Mr. Ryan have been business partners for twenty-five years, with a focus on natural resource industries. The two entrepreneurs have founded, developed and grown multiple successful companies from start-up phase to public listings, strategic buyouts, or asset sales.

John Ryan
President & CEO, Secretary & Director
Since June 2020, Mr. Ryan has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Gold Express Mines (GEM), a multi-commodity mining company focused on the discovery and development of precious and base metal assets. Mr. Ryan also serves as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Key Mining Corp., an exploration stage mining company, and as its Corporate Secretary.
Howard Crosby
Executive Vice-President, Treasurer & Director
Since June 2020, Mr. Crosby has served as Vice President and Director of Gold Express Mines (GEM). Mr. Crosby also serves as a Director of Key Mining Corp., a Company focused on the development of mining assets in Chile. Since October 2014, Mr. Crosby has served as the Chairman of the Board of Desert Hawk Gold Corp., a gold mining company with a permitted gold asset in Utah.
James Czirr
Director
Mr. Czirr was appointed a Director in October 2020. Mr. Czirr is a co-founder of 10X Fund, L.P., and he is a managing member of 10X Capital Management LLC, the general partner of 10X Fund, L.P. Mr. Czirr co-founded Galectin Therapeutics in July 2000.
Terrence Dunne
Director
Mr. Dunne was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2020. Mr. Dunne
is a currently-licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Washington,
and is also a current member of the Washington Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
Donna Miller
CFO
Ms. Miller has been the owner of Compass Accounting, Inc since 2002, a business specializing in outsourced CFO and Controller responsibilities. Prior to opening Compass, she was the CFO of Pro Industries, GmbH.

Vice President of Geology and Permitting
Ms. Thomas has nine years of diverse experience in base metal mineral exploration, permitting for exploration and mining companies, and environmental, social, governance (ESG) due diligence.

Mr. Schifrin serves in a consulting geologist role with over 35 years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry where he has been involved in precious metal mineral systems, base metals, rare earth and uranium exploration and development.

Mr. Baughman is a Professional Consulting Geologist based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Mr. Baughman has worked as a Consulting Geologist for 18 years, as well as held senior positions in mineral exploration companies spanning a career of 30 years.
John Reynolds
Consulting Geologist/Geophysicist (& Durango Geophysics Team)
Mr. John Reynolds is a geologist and geophysicist. He is the principal owner of Durango Geophysical Operations, Inc. Previously he served as VP Operations for Phoenix Geophysics located in Denver, CO.

Mr. Montoya is a diversified professional technician with over 35 years of geological mapping, database management, drafting, surveying, and computer support experience in the precious metals, base metals, coal, oil/gas and civil/land profession.
Kurt Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman has a substantial amount of experience providing consulting services to start-up mining ventures and mining companies at all levels of development. Mr. Hoffman primarily consults in mineral property acquisitions and transactions, financings of mineral properties and project management.
