Adams County, ID

Copper Cliff

Highlights:

  • The historic Copper Cliff Mine mined a resource of 2.8 MM tons 1.5% Cu with silver credit in the late 1970’s to early 1980’s.
  • The Gold Express land position consists of staked claims and also a mining lease on patented claims.
  • The Project is located about two miles northeast of the town of Cuprum, Idaho.
  • The acquisition of the lease on the patented claims greatly mitigates the permitting and operating risk so long as surface operations are mostly confined to the private, patented claims.

Mineral County, MT

East CDA

Highlights:

  • Past sample results show:
    • Prosperity – Grade 23.2 opt Ag w/21.3% Pb; 29.3 opt Ag w/minor base metals
    • Tarbox – 200,000-ton historic resource of typical CDA Mining District polymetallic grades. Grade 4 opt Ag, 7% Pb, 8% Zn.
    • Black Traveler – Surface samples from 1.3 to 2.6 opt Ag and 2.2% Cu
  • Geophysics potentially located a new vein 2,000 feet north of the existing Tarbox vein.
  • Geophysical surveys completed on all three properties.
  • Geochemistry surveys were completed on all three properties.
  • Trenching programs on Tarbox (400 feet) and Black Traveler (700 feet) completed October 2021.
  • Drilling program is planned to begin June 2022 with drilling totaling 6-7,000 feet covering all three properties.

Pershing County, NV

Gold Boulder

Highlights:

  • Adjacent to the Lantern Deposit.
  • Encompasses the Gold Boulder area described in past reports of the Lantern Property.
  • Assay results of up to 1 opt gold found in boulders on the surface.

Placer County, CA

Lost Emigrant

Highlights:

  • USGS’ 1980 estimate indicated 250,000 tons totaling 77,000 oz Au.
  • “Indicated and Inferred” resource of 270,000 tons averaging 0.27 opt gold.
  • Additional resources may occur in unexplored vein offshoots.
  • Historically, ore graded as high as 2-3 opt.

Cascade County, MT

Neihart

Highlights:

  • Past production from high-grade silver veins with associated base metals and gold down-dip and along strike on veins historically mined.
    • Typical grades were 15-20 opt Ag and 10% combined base metal content.
  • Targets include remnant high-grade veins as well as bulk-minable disseminated deposits described in a past geologic report.
  • Hecla Mining sampling in the 1980s confirmed potential for bulk tonnages.
  • Project consists of patented mining claims for easier and faster permitting.
  • Intensive surface sampling program, geologic reconnaissance and first phase of IP geophysical surveys completed October 2021.
  • Initial 15-drillhole exploration program is scheduled for August 2022 with permitting to be completed around Q2 2022.

Gila County, AZ

Pioneer

Highlights:

  • High grade historic lead/silver producer; in copper porphyry area.
  • The Company has investigated the property with sampling, mapping programs, and a geophysics program all which occurred in 2022.  The budget for the future is not yet determined.

Sierra County, CA

Sisson Mine

Highlights:

  • USGS’ 1980 estimate indicated a substantial Au resource at 0.15 opt.
  • “Indicated and Inferred” resource of 120,000 tons averaging 0.10 opt gold.
  • Gold occurs in quartz stockworks 6 feet wide over a strike length of at least 440 feet.
  • Additional resources may occur in unexplored stockworks.
  • Surrounded by high grade mines of the Sierra Buttes Mining District.
