Located in Shoshone County, Idaho, slightly east of Murray, Idaho, the Mother Lode Mine was historically mined for bedded stratabound high-grade gold veins in the Prichard Formation.

The Company leases the property which consists of 3 patents (Yosemite, Surprise Fraction, and the Mother Lode), and 28 unpatented lode mining claims.

Potential exists for extensions of these bedded veins and also for exploration of a vertical vein which is described on maps of the historic workings.
