The New Departure Mine, located in Beaverhead County, Montana, approximately 8 miles northwest of Dillon, Montana.

The property consists of 8 patented lode mining claims which are leased from the underlying owner by Yellow Band Operating, LLC.  Additionally, 10 unpatented lode mining claims were staked by Red Pine, LLC.

The patented claims contain a historic resource of approximately 56,000 tons which grades over 30 ounces per ton silver with associated base metals and gold credits. This resource is not SK-1300 compliant. The mine is extensively developed by accessible workings consisting of drifts, decline, and inclines, and is partially developed for rubber tire access.

The Company is currently proceeding toward filing of permits to restart development operations at the project.
